ReStore Grand Rapids Bringing New Businesses to Grand Rapids' Neighborhoods- Neighborhood Ventures

ReStore Grand Rapids is in full swing! Check out these new businesses going up on in southeast Grand Rapids:

  • Southern Fish Fry (1117 Wealthy) opened a second location out of Madison Square. Great fried chicken and fish for any time of day or night!

  • Andrew's on Cherry (909 Cherry) has gone into the old Sweet Connections store front. Focusing on catering at the moment, the owners are looking branching into take out. Check it out at www.andrewsoncherry.org.

  • Cuban Kitchen (535 S. Division) going in next to the Family Dollar on S. Division, Cuban Kitchen is the only exclusively Cuban restaurant in Grand Rapids. Ground breaking is set for August 7th.

  • Grill Masters (1241 S. Division), the best grilled food in Wyoming, has grown out their space and opening up soon in Grand Rapids.  Building off the customer based of their predecessor, Wing Heaven, Grill Masters will to add to the great food tradition of Division Ave.

  • Evolve Center for Success (1031 Wealthy) is the yellow building with the mysterious curtains next to the Sparrows. Leah Grace, certified Life Coach, is walking along social entrepreneurs to help them realize their goals.  Opening in expected in September.

With funding from the Social Ventures Investors Fund out of the Grand Rapids Community Foundation, Neighborhood Ventures is actively seeking businesses to fill vacancies in neighborhood business districts.  The program is launched for the Southeast side of Grand Rapids, with plans to expand citywide.
